What is it about some celebrities wearing the most hideous clothes they can find? We can only assume that get-ups like singer Katy Perry's here are a cry for attention.

Oh, for the days when stars were elegant and refined, like Audrey Hepburn. Now it's all about making a statement, regardless of how tacky and ill-conceived that statement may be. As long as there are wannabe celebs, there will be heinous fashion crimes like these.
