Cuff it up
June 21st 2010 01:40
... or should that be "off the cuff"? No matter. All that needs to be said is that cuffing on jeans is back with a vengeance! Practical types have cuffed all along (after all, who wants their hems dragging in the mud?) and now it seems that the stylish set has caught up (and what better way to show off one's fabulous shoes?) If you need more proof, read on...
In Hollywood, the overwhelmingly popular style of cuffing is a simple roll-up of the distressed denim that has reigned supreme for eons. That being said, other more fashion-forward stars (like Katie Holmes, SJP, and Australia's own Miss Minogue) have gone beyond the ripped jeans and cuffed more classic styles, making the look just that little bit more grown up.
If you must cuff a boot-leg, it's best you safety pin those babies in place... but otherwise this look needs no explanation. Here's a handful of stars who have already grabbed firmly onto the cuffing trend of 2010.
