Blue eyeliner - it's back!

It's been a while, but secretly we all knew that this trend would make its return one day. Blue eyeliner is replacing the boring old black and smoky eyes, and the effect is at once vibrant and very modern. You can choose to keep it subtle and go for a midnight blue, or be dramatic and choose a light blue, blending it well with eyeshadow to maximise the effect.
You can be as bold as you like with this look, just make sure you add lots of black mascara and keep your lips natural - just a lip gloss will do.
While it has been spotted on the catwalk several times of late, there's only a handful of celebs who've picked up on this trend - but the number is growing.
