Australian Fashion Week 2011: The looks so far

We're just two days in to this year's Rosemount Australian Fashion Week and have already seen some truly epic new looks for the upcoming Spring/Summer season. The vibrant colour blocking of Karla Spetic, the sexy slashings of Friend of Mine, the slimline metallics of Rachel Gilbert, the earthiness of Kirrily Johnston, the raw botanicals of Sara Phillips and Therese Rawsthorne... there's been so many different styles and vibes already, with so little time and space to capture them! Here's just a tiny sample of what RAFW 2011 has given us so far.
As for my own personal highlight of Days One and Two? It's this stunning floor-length sequinned gown from Rachel Gilbert - at once eye-catching and elegant, with a perfect slim silhouette and a neckline that is out of this world.
